This assessment is documented with a photographic record, both from a
pedestrian and vehicular point of view.

Project: UHURU GARDENS - KENYA

Signage Design & Wayfinding for Uhuru Gardens Memorial Park, Nairobi, Kenya : We were entrusted upon signage design & wayfinding for this prestigious project which
highlights the story of Kenya's independence and wants to put Kenya on not only the Africa but the world map.

Sitting on 68 acres of land in the heart of Nairobi and showcasing 30 galleries, including tunnel of martyrs , botanical garden, library, Kenya's military history the project
required wayfinding not just for the local residents, but also for tourists arriving from airport.

The complex city wide wayfinding and inside project wayfinding was successfully carried out by following global standards for tourists signage and other primary,
secondary & tertiary messaging system. The signage design took inspiration from the architecture itself to smoothly blend with the environment & yet stand by its own
identity. The entire signage design program played a crucial role in not only improving this public place aesthetics, but also made wayfinding easy for all. We are delighted
to have worked on this prestigious project through our Kenya company Signage Technology Africa Limited.
