Just follow these simp

1.) Makiki fill up muna bes ng MASTERLIST (CLICK mo lang yung malaking MAIN
BUTTON, then Click mo yung MASTERLIST button na nandon). Hiwalay si MALE kay

ALL CAPS dapat! Surname, First Name, Middle Name (Ex. VILLOTE, MAURINE
GRACE LEGAZPI). Ilagay ang LRN ng BATA. Pagdating sa Sex, i type ang "Male" kung
Male at ""Female" kung Female. Sa AGE naman, dapat ay naka alligned na sa school
register (Pero sa dulo pa ng school year mo ito lalagyan). I hide o unhide lang ang cells
(HUWAG i-DELETE) na hindi kailangan.. Marunong ka naman non di ba bes?..

4.) Punta ka sa SF 2 para sa buwan ng OCTOBER. Marunong ka naman di ba gumawa ng SF2 bes?
Ang pagkakaiba lang ay pasabog ito! Lagyan mo na ng date yung may red na box Pero mukhang
nalagyan ko na..pakicheck na lang kung tama. Kapag absent ang bata, lagyan mo lang ng "X" mark. I
hide o unhide ang mga dina kinakailangan cells/rows. Pagdating mo naman sa pinaka baba, dun sa
pinaka importanteng box, huwag kalimutang fill-upan ang month, at no. of days. then lagyan mo na
yung register no. of learners. (NOTE: May box kang makikita sa Kalapit ng important box,
makikilagyan yon ng no. of days). Makiki-fill-up din ang Generated thru LIS.(di ko alam kung sino
ilalagay don, kung gusto mo si judge ang ilagay mo. chars! pero parang si maam oche iyon) Lalabas
na ang mga dapat lumabas...burahin mo na lang ang mga number na hindi kinakailangan. (Ex. dun
sa Combined no. of days, may part tayo na walang pasok, so dapat blanko yon.WAG TUNGAW!).
Ulitin lang hanggang JUNE.

3.) After mong gawin ang step 1 at step 2, makiki click ang first quarter at simulan mo ng ilagay ang mga grades
ng bata. Mayroon dyang nauulit na subjects. Huwag mag hysterical o diba meganorn bwahahaha.. Kaya may nag
uulit na subjects jan ay dahil may mga kailangan ipagsama para maging buo ang grades non. Tignan na lang ang
litrato sa baba..

4.) Kapag natapos mo na ang step 1 - 4, maaari ka ng pumunta sa MAIN. Punta ka sa SEARCH
(Select student From List) at isearch mo ang name ng LEARNERS MO!. Isearch mo lang ang
Pangalan nya sa search button. Kung gusto mong iprint ang card nya. I click mo lang ang FRONT
FORM 138 at INSIDE FORM 138 (HUWAG KALIMUTANG LAGYAN NG AO, SO, RO, o NO and
CARD NG BATA).
