1. EW: SSP resubmitted phase 1 EW for endorsement on SSP

05/4/24. On 17/04/2024, MPS approved SSP EW
submission. Pending Borang B approval in OSC System.
2. SSP have arranged a meeting with JKR En. Rafiq on SSP
16/04/2024 to present RSA Stage 3. On 23/04/2024 SSP
submitted RSA Stage 3 compliance report to JKR Gombak.
3. SSP did resubmission to IWK for upgrading of STP (Pindaan SSP
to PDC1) on 2/4/2024. Pending GL to process the
submission fee.
4. SSP have obtained approval from Air Selangor SSP

1. SSP have emailed pedestrian crossing drawing and BQ to GE SSP

on 16/04/2024. However, GE has commented on several
items, SSP will revise the pedestrian crossing drawing and SSP
BQ accordingly.
1. RC Wall detail will be provided in the revised earthwork SSP
drawing.
2. It was highlighted by contractor that the slope toe clashes with SSP
pond area. SSP wil have a discussion with landscape
consultant and will change the pond alignment to avoid
clashing. GE can proceed with the slope construction.
3. SSP have provided tapping pressure to DRYGTEC, together SSP
with master infra drawing.

4. It was highlighted by contractor that the IWK sewerage pipe

1. TBSB are yet to share the latest master M&E layout plan for TBSB
SSP to superimpose on drawing. TBSB promised to the share
by 19th April 2024.

1. GE are yet to provide the as-built rock boundary for Phase 1 GE

area to SSP.
2. GL have given the EW Stage 1 LOA to SSP, pending contract

binding.
