Subject: Digital Poster Presentation Competition on World Environmental Day
To: First Year Engineering Students of All Branches
We are pleased to announce that the Association of Basic Science (ABS), in
collaboration with the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) and the ISTE Student
Chapter, is organizing a Digital Poster Presentation on the occasion of World
Environmental Day. The theme for this year is "Waste Management."

Event Details:
Digital Poster Presentation (Only Static poster)
Relevance: Students are advised to make poster that is specific to their respective
branch.
Theme: Waste Management
Team Size: 4 Members per Team
Total number of Rounds: 3
First round: Respective division Judge receives only one soft copy from each team
on or before 30-05-2024(THU) before 4:00 pm and selects best 6 posters from each
division on the basis of poster design and contents.
Second round: Respective division Judge selects only one best poster out of above 6
from each division on the basis of presentation by the students.
Final Round: Best three pesters will be selected by a panel of judges.
