From those origins, the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) has grown into a fierce competition that spans
both the calendar and the globe. Professional teams from around the world participate in the DPC
with the ultimate goal of winning The International and becoming the next Dota 2 World
Champions.
This year’s DPC season starts in Winter 2022 and concludes in 2023 with The International
2023. Each of the 3 Tours in the season concludes with a Major Tournament.

Across all Divisions and Regions, there are 96 team slots in the DPC.
Prizing:
The Prize Pool for each Region’s Regional League Tournaments (Division 1 and 2) is $840,000
USD, divided across three (3) Tours at $280,000 USD each.
The Tournament Organizer must contribute 50% ($420,000 USD), and Valve will contribute the
other 50%.
Naming Convention
All DPC Regions are required to follow the following naming convention:

• Russian
• Chinese
• Portuguese (Brazil)
• Spanish (Latin America)
• English
League Tickets
League Tickets are required to be created and maintained on the Dota 2 League Admin page.
This includes setting up League Tickets properly with dates, teams, and streams in a timely
manner, and updating each match with results and VODs immediately after its conclusion.
Scope of Work
Objectives include event broadcast and production, segment coordination, on-air talent
coordination, graphics creation/operation, tournament organization, player and team
management (including but not limited to team name change requests and substitute requests),
and management of the Regional League Tournament via the Dota Pro Circuit Leagues Admin
Page, including keeping tournament tickets up-to-date.

• Proposal Evaluation: August 31, 2022
• Follow-Up Q&A Period (if applicable)*: August 31 - September 7, 2022
• Vendor Selection and Acceptance: September 7, 2022
• Contract Redlining/Signing: September 30, 2022
*There will be no live presentation/Q&A session for this RFP process.
Requirements
Every proposal should adhere to the following guidelines:
Submission Format
Proposals should be submitted in a .PDF format, with legible text, via email attachment sent to
dotaprocircuit@valvesoftware.com.
Length
Proposals up to 30 pages will be accepted. The expected range for proposals is 10-20 pages.
