BANGKAL, MAKATI CITY ‘SM DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION SECTION 00020 ‘SCOPE OF CONTRACT DIVISION SCR-101 SCOPE 1.1 These specifications together with the plans and other related Contract Dacumants cover the work required for the Construction of this PROPOSED SMDC JADE RESIDENCES. 1.2 The Contractor shall be held responsible in the provision of all the items, articles, labor, equipment, appliances, methods, & materials together withthe performance af all operalions necessary, proper and incidental to complete the said project.
