SPA OPERATION HOURS SPA ARRIVAL
Monday to Sunday from 10.00 am – 12.00 pm (last reservation by 10.00pm).
1. We encourage you to come at Quan Spa at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to experience
the maximum benefits of relaxation and enlightenments. Also the time to complete information card before the
treatment starts, our therapists will discuss beforehand any preferences, concerns and health conditions you
SPA RESERVATION may have.

Spa reservations can be book directly through ext 1427. We recommend that you book your treatment at least one
day in advance to ensure availability. Credit Card details are required to secure an appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 24-hours cancellation notice is required to help us reschedule your appointment, subject to space availability.
Any cancellation less than 4 hours notice will be subject to 50% cancellation fee. Unfortunately, non arrivals will be
charged with the full treatment price.
SPA CONSIDERATION
2. Arriving late for your appointment will limit your treatment time, reducing its full benefits. Your treatment
will end on time to prevent any inconvenience to the next guest. No discounted price shall apply.
3. We encourage you to have any meals at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment.
Alcohol consumption is not recommended prior to any spa treatments.
4. We strongly recommend you not to carry valuables into Quan Spa. Yet safe deposit box is provided in every
treatment room. The management will not be liable for any loss of money and / or valuables brought into
Quan Spa.
5. For optimum results, it is recommended to relax for at least 30 minutes after any spa treatments and before
continuing with any other activities. Our relaxation room is there for you to enjoy. For selected spa
treatments, very special treatment rooms is available to enjoy up to one hour of relaxation after your
treatment (subject to reservations).

1. Your health and safety come first. Please help us provide you the best possible spa experience by completing
the guest information card.

2. Guests who are pregnant, have high blood pressure or any other medical conditions are advised to
consult them doctor before doing any spa treatment.

3. Guests who damage or break any kind of spa property need to replace the damaged or broken item
according to our spa pricing policy.

4. In-house hotel guests are welcome to visit Quan spa dressed in bathrobes and slippers or just wear
any appropriate casual clothes. Swimming trunks/shorts are not allowed.

5. Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside Quan spa premises are strictly prohibited.

6. We appreciate you leaving your mobile phone in your hotel rooms or placing it in our safety deposit box
and switching it to silent mode or off upon entering Quan spa premises.

7. Admission to Quan Spa is only for guests of at least 16 years of age.
