alumni homecoming event of College of Education and Communication Batch 2010-2016. We
have plenty of experience in organizing any kinds of events. With a very strong team of senior
personnel and proactive staff, we offer continuity and expertise to our clients, ensuring the

J. Roi Events and Catering brings celebrations to the next level, may it be a grand event or
an intimate get together. It is the perfect venue for weddings, debuts, birthdays, corporate
events, seminars, and more.
It is not the typical venue at this side of Sta. Ignacia for it breaks free from the usual garden
setting and offers its minimalist and barn inspired design, with predominantly earth colors
and a beautiful garden with water features. And to give the utmost comfort and
convenience.

STATE UNIVERSITY THIS 15TH OF OCTOBER, 2022. AS AGREED, J. ROI EVENTS AND
CATERING WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SERVICES AND ORGANIZATION OF
GRAND ALUMNI HOMECOMING ON NOVEMBER 22, 2022 THURSDAY 5:30 am..
SERVICES INCLUSION ARE CATERINGS, VENUE SET UP (TABLES, CHAIRS TO BE
PROVIDED BY THE VENUE, SOUND SYSTEM, EMCEE AND PHOTOGRAPHERS.

*50% down payment for the services must be paid on the day of contract signing amounting to P

*The other 50% will be paid on the day of event. P 350,000.00 on November 22, 2022.
*Down payment are non- refundable 2 weeks prior to the event .
