Dear Mr. Pedraza:

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) has completed the review and evaluation
of your modification request dated September 30, 2021, and the revised request dated
November 18, 2021. You asked to extend the expiration date for two years to complete
the authorized work associated with your Department of the Army permit number
SAJ-2002-01425, issued on December 15, 2016. The project consists of the
replacement of the cargo platform in the Culebra Ferry Terminal at Sardinas Bay and
the construction of an Auxiliary Cargo Ferry Terminal in San Ildefonso at Ensenada
Honda. On May 19, 2017, the Corps authorized a modification to the permitted work.
The permitted project is located in the municipality of Culebra at both Sardinas
Bay and Ensenada Honda Bay.

This authorization is hereby extended for a period of two years from the original
expiration date of December 8, 2021. The time limit for completing the work
authorized ends on December 8, 2023.

The impact of your proposal on navigation and the environment has been reviewed
and found to be insignificant. The permit is hereby modified in accordance with your
request. Please maintain a copy of this letter with the original permit and the permit
modification approval letter dated May 19, 2017.

All other conditions of the permit remain in full force and effect. If you have any
