Position: HR Consultant
Department: Human Resources

Contract: Temporary (1 year)
Purpose of the Position
The Project Based HR Consultant plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and
effective operation of the human resources department at Agribank, the role will
encompass a wide range of duties, including HR administration, employee relations,
policy implementation, and compliance.
Key Performance Areas
• Lead and inspire a team of HR professionals, fostering an environment of
growth and performance.
• Reviewing HR Policies
• Reviewing HR Process and Procedures end to end.
• Driving the implementation of Automated admin and payroll environment
• Employee Relations Partner & Support to business
• Champion employee engagement in driving a culture journey within the
Bank.
• HR Projects
Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience Requirements
• B. Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or
any other related qualification.
• 8 years relevant work experience of which 5 should have been in a profes-
sional role within HR, and at least 3 years in a generalized HR professional
capacity.
• A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, demonstrating a track record of
managing teams effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of Namibian labor legislation and related Statutory Act.
• Strong Payroll & Employee Relations Experience will be an added ad-
vantage
