UNVEILING OUR HISTORY Nº2- June, 2024

FOREWORD
It is with great pleasure that we present to you the
second number of our bulletin. In this edition, we
explore our school's rich history, representing the
essence of our past while keeping an eye on the
present.

through these few pages, we focus on our beloved

sport: rugby. Our rugby section celebrates the spirit
of teamwork and sportsmanship that has long been
synonymous to our school's athletic undertaking.

Together, let us honor our past, embrace our
present, and envision a future filled with promise
and possibility.
With warm regards.
In September 1968, our First XV played against
St. Andrews School, losing by just one point.
Then, they played against the Argentinian
champion, St George’s, a match that our team
won.

The Editor Then, they moved to Montevideo (Uruguay) to

play against the British School, the
Uruguayan champion. Our first XV had an
outstanding performance and defeated the
local team comfortably.

IN 1980, A VORACIOUS FIRE DESTROYED THE

FACILITIES WHERE THE ARTISAN SCHOOL
OPERATED.

IN THIS PHOTOGRAPH, WE CAN SEE THAT THE HOUSE OF THE

ARTISAN SCHOOL WAS REMODELED BY ADDING A SECOND FLOOR
TO EXPAND ITS FACILITIES.
