The meeting was presided by the Senior team manager, Carole Fletcher.

DISCUSSION PROPER

1. Performance against targets

The meeting started with Carole Fletcher asking Mike Reynard about the production figures for last
quarter in which the latter answered saying that it has increased by 2 percent on product streams one
and two while it decreased by 9.5 percent on product stream three because the recent sales campaign
focused on the higher margin items in product streams one and two.
 2. Team member recruitment

Trudi Finch, the HR manager summarized that ten people were recruited from January to April and 9 of
them have successfully completed their probation. The successful recruitment came from the radio Ad
rather than the Traditional Ad. Hence, the need to review the advertising method.

Moreover, Mike Reynard emphasized the importance of visual sign like the black and yellow safety tape
at the top and bottom of the stairs to avoid tripping and to ensure safety.

Lastly, the group discussed about the best roll out training program on site..

ADJOURNMENT

Without any other matters to discuss, the meeting adjourned. The next meeting will be in two weeks on
the 18th of October in the same time and place.
