1. To access the My Signage Portal please visit: www.mysignageportal.com and select login from the menu.

2. Once you have access to the My Signage Portal, you will be displayed with the below information:

- The left hand side provides you with the information on how many Images and Videos have been uploaded to
the My Signage Portal, how many RSS Feeds, Templates and Playlists have been created and how many
Schedules have been published.

- The right hand side provides you with information about the physical devices you have on your account and
what their live current status is, for example: Playing - The Media Player or Screen is Online and Playing
Content, BgDownload – The Media Player or Screen is Online, Playing Content and Downloading New Content
in the Background.

3. It is best practice to start with your Template.

- You can locate it under the Programs button at the top of the screen. Within Templates there are already 2
System Templates (Full Screen Horizontal and Full Screen Vertical).

- Under the User Templates on the left, you can create new templates to your own design, adding Video, Image,
Text, Time, Date, Browser and Weather Zones.

- It is important to note down your Video/Image Zone dimensions - as the media that you upload should be of the
same resolution or your content will become distorted.
4. Once your Template has been saved, you are ready to upload your media.

- Selecting the Media button at the top of the screen will then display all content you have previously uploaded to
your account. Select the type of content you are going to be uploading from the left panel (Video, Image) and
then select the Upload button, select Add File, navigate to the files you wish to upload and then push the upload
button.

- Now that you have a Template created and the Media uploaded, you are ready to compile to two together. To
do this, under the Programs button at the top of the screen, select Playlists. This will display all previously
created Playlists and the option to create a NEW Playlist. Select the Template you wish to use and you with be
displayed with your chosen Template and all Media that has been uploaded.

- To Add Media to the Template, simply drag and drop to the zones you wish to populate, you will see a timeline
storyboard build at the bottom of the screen, which you can re-order content and edit transition and length of
time content is displayed. Once you are happy with your Playlist, Save to Publish later.
5. Lastly, you need to publish all your Playlist to your Physical Devices.

- To do this go to Programs/Playlist.

- Double click on the playlist that you’re created from the left panel. Then click Publish button that is located on the
right panel.

- Select which Department(s) or Device(s) you wish to publish the content to. The Publish Attribute section of the
menu allows you to add your Playlists and order them in the way you wish them to display.

- Choose Play Mode, Expiration date, Release Strategy and Publish Type. The bottom box overviews what you
are updating.

- Click OK to publish on the bottom right. Done! Your playlist should be visible on a device that you choose within a
few second.
