How do I use these resources?

This lapbook pack can be used in many ways! Either use it as a complete project or
supplement your research on coral reefs or oceans. There is so much information
about coral reefs available online, as well as inspiration for creative activities. Follow
your questions and interests and see where they take you.

How can I make a lapbook?

You can make your lapbook out of a file
folder. Fold the file folder carefully so
there are two front flaps that meet in
the middle.

You could also use a piece of card stock

in the same way.

Personalize It:
Decorate the front cover with the title of your lapbook and a picture - it could
be one of the coloring sheets provided or a selection of pictures. Either do
all the activities and arrange them at the end, or just add them as you go.
Decorate it with your own drawings, labels, and extra research.

How about presenting it in a totally different way? You could make a poster!
Arrange it inside a shoebox, or create a scrapbook using these resources.
