Nowadays, the problem of studying

foreign languages causes great

arguments and controversy. Some
people believe that an English-speaking
country is the best place for learning
English while others think that there are
many different ways to master the
language. Who is right?
As for me, the UK, the USA,
Canada, Australia, New Zealand provide
us amazing possibilities in order to get
knowledge. To begin with, you may/can
communicate with native speakers, hear
their speech and be inspired by the high
English level and set a goal for yourself.
For example, I was in London two years
ago, I met an Englishman, his name was
Karl. He encouraged me to memorize
unknown words, enrich my vocabulary
and speak English fluently. Moreover,
you do not have chances to talk Russian
because nobody understands it.
However, there exists another point
of view on this issue. First of all, modern
century is full of such useful ways as
books, courses, coaches, the Internet,
apps which help to discover the English
environment. For instance, my
classmate has a low English level as he
does not like teaching at school. Online
apps such as “Duolingo”, “Ewa” attract
him to work hard and increase his level.
In conclusion, I would like to say
that this problem is still to be discussed.
In my opinion, any language may be
learnt with ease, but it is significant to
have desire and perseverance
as/because all ways are effective.
