as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, as amended by RA No. 11768 states that “any SK official, whether
elected or appointed must undergo the mandatory training program and a basic orientation highlighting their roles and
functions; and values formation, including basic leadership and skills management training before she/he can assume
office”.
