Subject: Request for modification and specifying the period of Grant of Child
Care Leave with reference to Leave Application dated 20/11/2023 and leave
sanctioning order F.1 (6)/FSL/Estt./PF/07/60 dated 03/01/2024- reg.

Respected Madam,
With reference to my application dated 04/02/2024, for modification and
specifying the period of Grant of Child Care Leave with reference to Leave
Application dated 20/11/2023 and leave sanctioning order F.1
(6)/FSL/Estt./PF/07/60 dated 03/01/2024, no reply and needful action has been
received till date.
It is therefore again very humbly requested to your good self to kindly get
my Leave Sanction Order dated 03/01/2023 modified with appropriate date and
time, commencing from 08/01/2024 onwards, so that I may not suffer with any
future complication to this effect.

I further wish to inform you very humbly that my son's 12th board
examinations are scheduled from 19/02/2024 to 02/04/2024 (copy enclosed). Also,
he has to prepare for various admission entrance tests along with NEET (Medical
Entrance) and different academic courses, schedule to be held from May 2024
onwards.

You are, therefore again requested to kindly reconsider my matter

sympathetically and on a humanitarian ground as my precious time, care, and
support is inevitably needed for examinations preparation of my son, and my non-
availability at this crucial time will put on cascading effects on the academic career
and physical & psychological impact on the life of my son in future. Hence, at
least 3 months more leave (till 10th June 2024) kindly be approved for my this
crucial need of time.

I will be deeply obliged for this act of your kindness.
