 SOCIETY  -­‐  INSTALLATION  GUIDE  FOR  ANDROID  via  KOBO  BOOKS  

 
Use  your  phone’s  charging  cord  to  connect  it  to  your  PC  via  USB  port;    
Locate  the  PC  Android  .epub  file  on  your  PC;  
Select  the  .epub  file,  right  click  and  click  “copy”;  
 

 
 
 
Select  your  phone  from  the  menu;  
select  “Card”  and  double  click  to  open;

Select  the  “Download”  folder  and  double  click  to  open;  
 

 
 
 
Right  click  and  select  “paste”  to  save  the  .epub  file  to  your  phone;  
 

 
 
 
The  .epub  file  is  now  in  your  phone,  ready  to  open  in  Kobo  Books.

Now  go  to  your  phone  A  
Download  and  install  Kobo  Books  APP  at  Google  Play  store;  

Open  Kobo  Books  App  by  tapping  the  shortcut  icon;

First  time  users  tap  “Create  Account”;    
Enter  your  email  and  password  to  create  an  account;  
 

 
 
 
Tap  top  left  corner  “Kobo”  to  open  the  menu;

Tap  “All”  under  the  menu;  
 

 
 
It  will  show  that  “Your  Library  is  empty”;    
Tap  the  menu  button  on  your  Android  phone;

Tap  “Import  Items”;  
 

 
 
 
Tap  “START”;

Tap  “Stop  Search”  after  Kobo  has  found  the  .epub  file  and  added  it  to  the  list;    
 

 
 
 
Tap  “Stop”;

Select  the  item  and  tap  “Import  Selected”;  
 

 
 
Tap  either  “NO”  or  “Yes”  –    
“NO”  the  item  will  still  be  in  your  phone  storage;    
“YES”  the  item  in  your  phone  will  be  deleted  and  you  can  only  find  it  in  Kobo;

Once  importing  is  completed,  H8  Society  epub,  will  be  in  your  Kobo  library;  
 

 
 
 
Now  that  H8  Society  is  in  your  library,  Kobo  will  keep  track  of  your  reading  J
