IMPORTANT POINTS:
1. All class 9th and 11th students must register themselves to
appear for the forthcoming Board Examinations.

2. Only Registered students shall be allowed to appear for Class

10th and 12th Board Examination in session 2024-25.

3. If Parents gets transferred during Registration process:

CASE-1:
Parents can do registration from present school and take the
Registration copy along with the Transfer Certificate.
CASE-2:
Parents must confirm that their ward gets admission and can do
registration from newly admitted school within the time frame of
CBSE Registration (if registration not done in existing school).

4. For Class 9th: Information details like

 Students name
 Father’s Name
 Mother’s Name
 Date of birth
are submitted to Board as per school record, received same
from Transfer Certificate.

For Class 11th: Information details like

 Students name,
 Father’s Name,
 Mother’s Name and
 Date of birth
are submitted to Board as per details of class 10th Board
Certificate.

5. Students must give expanded (full) name of self and

father/Mother/Guardian.

6. No Salutations shall be added to the name(s) like Mr , Mrs, Dr,

Col etc

7. No Change will be allowed in Student details after finalization of

data.

8. Change of Subject(s) are NOT ALLOWED in class 10th and 12th .

9. Board extends Concessions/Exemptions only for 9th and 11th

CWSN candidates.
