TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BANQUET/FOOD AND BEVERAGES ARRANGEMENTS

 For additional buffet will be charge IDR 200.000net / person
 Any additional requirement of function space usage or equipment can be provided subject to availability with forty
eight (48) prior notice and applicable charge accordingly
 Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice

SERVICE CHARGE AND GOVERNMENT TAXES

 Package Rates are NETT, inclusive of 21% Prevailing Government Tax & Service Charge

PAYMENT
 30% of down payment is required to confirm the space booking within 1 (one) week after the booking
confirmation..
 All down payments is not refundable and cannot be used for other events. 50% of the total remaining expenses
are required 3 (three) months prior to the event.
 Full payment of the total remaining expenses are to be settled 1 (one) month prior to the event
 Any additional and incidental charges occur during event, should be settled on the day of the event in cash or
credit card only

HOTEL PROVISION
 Unless previously agreed by the hotel and at corkage rate precede by the hotel, no food and beverage are
allowed to be brought or consumed at the hotel premises

ELECTRICITY POWER SUPPLY
 The hotel will cover the electricity supply for the function rooms, air conditioners, standard lighting and others up
to maximum 5.000 watt for Canaveral Ballroom. Additional electricity usage will be charged
