Request for Immediate Medical Attention Due to Lack of Doctor's Visit
for Over 4 Days
Dear Sir/Madam,
With due respect, I wish to bring to your attention a matter of urgent concern
regarding our patient, Fatema Bibi Sardar, who was admitted to R.G. Kar
Hospital on Saturday, 26th May, following a referral from Basirhat Hospital. She
is currently in the Trauma Ward, bed no. SD4. Initially, she was referred to the
Chest Department by the Trauma Ward, but this was denied. We are in a state of
confusion regarding the appropriate course of action.
Since her admission, doctors have only three times. Alarmingly, it has now
been over four days since the last visit. Despite our repeated inquiries, the
nursing staff have either ignored our concerns or merely reassured us that the
doctor will attend to her.
This lack of attention has deeply disappointed and disheartened us, as the
condition of the patient is worsening day by day.
Given these distressing circumstances, we earnestly request your immediate
intervention to address and resolve this issue with the utmost urgency.
