Lantern Description:

A Combination of an Elevated Water Tank which symbolizes the nature of work for the Engineering
Department which is providing clean water in every home with proper maintenance and monitoring of
our water systems and the Belen which represents the heart of celebrating Christmas which is the birth
of our savior Jesus Christ.

Materials Used:

Scrap Metal (Bolts & Nuts) - used for the characters in the Belen and Angel.

Scrap Metal (Welded Wire Mesh, Flat Bars & Used Welding Rods) – used for the support of the Elevated
Water Tank.

Plastic Water Container – used for the body of the Elevated Water Tank.

Rags – used for the clothing of characters for the Belen.

Plastic Bottle Caps - used for the mini lanterns found in the Elevated Water Tank.

Hay – Used for the stable and background design for the Belen.

Used wires and bulbs – used for the lighting effect of our lantern.

Scrap Plywood and Chips of wood - Used for the base and fencing of the Belen and Elevated Water Tank.
