-First open valve 705VOT from Do service tank & Valve 006 VOT MGO in and
007VOT waste oil in and air valve 006vag
A) Check that power lamp is lit.

B) Set cooling fan running switch to ON.

• Cooling fan start and cooling fan running lamp lights up.

C) Set incineration changeover switch to W.O. +Aux burner.

D) Press incineration start switch.

• Incineration lamp blink and indicate incineration operation is on.

• After pre-purge , perform ignition; once ignited, incineration lamp lights up.

E) Before incinerating waste oil, preheat furnace by running waste oil burner on M.D.O . for 10 to

15 minutes.

F) Make sure that waste oil tank is sufficiently heated (90 to 100 C), open outlet valve of waste oil

tank.

G) Close check valve connected to waste oil line.

H) Turn handle on three way valve located at the top of waste oil pump to be horizontal to flow to

return any excess oil into waste oil tank.

• If there is valve on tank side, open it.

I) Adjust flow control valve (ball valve) located at burner inlet according to incineration conditions.

*Adjust internal temperature of the furnace so as to be 900 C -1000 C…..
