BACKGROUND:
One of the threats that school safety nowadays is when unauthorized people get to
enter the school premises. It is supposed that the best method of restricting access
to the school campuses and protecting students, staff, and school properties would
be to the installation of fences. The fences will serve primarily as an enclosure to
classrooms and areas that students might be present in during the day, with a focus
on mostly the sides and rear of school properties. School security is a multi-faceted
subject. As well as parents expecting their children to be safe from intruders, schools
want to prevent truancy by controlling when and where students can leave.

OBJECTIVE/S:
The project aims to:
1. identify marks of the school’s boundaries;
2. improve school’s security systems;
3. deters casual trespassers and/or determine intruders;
4. prevents students from leaving the school without permission; and
5. prevents unauthorized removal property.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
The main activities to be conducted for this project are:
1.
a. Orientation and meeting of GPTA
2.
a. Assessment of budget to be used
b. Identify donors from stakeholders
c. Attain 100% collection from parents for additional fund

EXPECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
The project aims to accomplish the following:

5. prevented unauthorized removal property.
