THE EXECUTIVE HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

It is the policy of the Company to provide and maintain for all employees, at all times while at work,
an environment that is safe and without risk to health as far as reasonably practicable.

This HSE Policy also includes people not directly employed by the Company but who may be
affected by its business; the provision of services for engineering design, procurement,
construction and commissioning.

Every manager in the Company accepts a personal responsibility for implementing this policy in
the area for which they are accountable.

It is the duty of every employee to cooperate with management and take reasonable care for the
health and safety of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts or omissions at
work.
