PROGRAMME AIMS

The programme aims to provide students with advanced knowledge and skills in analytical
and critical thinking, leadership, entrepreneurial, professionalism and creativity within their
specific areas of Business Studies. This programme would also enable them to lead
effectively, innovatively and ethically, leveraging on lifelong learning and contributing to
industry development locally and globally. It also aims to train them to apply a systematic
approach in conducting to industry development.

PROGRAMME AIMS

The programme aims to:

i. Provide students with advanced knowledge and intellectual critical thinking skills
to contribute original research that broadens the frontier and new body of knowledge
in the field of management towards sustainable goals in business.

ii. Enhance interpersonal, communication and leadership skills to conduct advanced


research independently, ethically and professional to produce scientific research
output (thesis) with potential innovations and commercialization of sustainable
products/services and practices for societal advancement.

iii. Provide students with digital and technology competencies in using advance
software applications for quantitative or qualitative analysis and decision making;
and entrepreneurial and lifelong learning skills to contribute to the communities of
practice in management of businesses for nation building and the Industry Revolution
(IR 4.0).
