STAT 1. PM Narendra Modi virtually dedicated to the nation the Sela Tunnel project during the Viksit Bharat Viksit North East programme in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh on March 09, 2024. The tunnel has been constructed by the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) at an altitude of 13,000 feet on the road connecting Tezpur, Assam to Tawang in the West Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh. But the Kovind committee did not say from when to conduct ‘One Nation, One Elections’. The report said that Article 82A should be inserted in the Constitution by amending Article 83, which prescribes the term limit of the Lok Sabha, and Article 172, which prescribes the term limit of the Legislative Assemblies, laying the seed for Jamili elections.
