2. Bring your Signed Application Form with attached 2X2 ID picture.
No Application Form, No Exam.
3. Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
4. Be in proper attire. Wear t-shirt, polo or blouse, long pants or skirt.
5. Bring your school ID or any government-issued ID with picture.
6. Bring two (2) No. 2 pencils with eraser.
7. Submit the test permits to the examiner.
