NOTIFICATION

Sub: Conduct of Examinations - Generating and downloading Hall tickets before

the commencement day of examinations - instructions issued.

It is hereby informed that, if Hall Ticket is not generated and downloaded through KTU
portal, Colleges shall not allow students to attend the University examinations. Therefore
Colleges shall complete all activities in portal well before the last dates and shall generate
and download Hall tickets before the exam commencement day.

Colleges shall not allow students having no exam registration, hall tickets etc. to write the
examination provisionally without the written permission from the University.
