SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR
Employment Part Time (0.6 – 0.8 FTE)
Type: Contract role to 31 December 2022, commencing immediately (with a possibility of
extension)
Location: National/Remote
We currently have an office located in Naarm (Melbourne). If you are not located near any of
our offices, there is the flexibility to work remotely from your home office.

About the Position


You’ll be providing Salesforce end-user support and training for our organisation (around 80+ Salesforce
users), and help us develop, enhance and maintain the Salesforce solution for our organisation. Working in
our Finance and Business Services team, you’ll be working alongside another experienced Salesforce
Administrator, supporting in the delivery of key projects across the year, enabling our organisation to achieve
its goals, mission and vision.

About You
 Passionate about all things Salesforce – you’ll be Salesforce.com certified, with at least two years
experience in Salesforce administration.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and able to build positive relationships
with a variety of stakeholders.
 Comfortable in providing support and delivering training to end-users.
 Great planning and organising skills
 Demonstrated commitment to our mission, Core Values and Reconciliation

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Title: Salesforce Administrator


Function: Finance & Business Services Financial Accountability: n/a
Reports To: IT & Business Systems Manager People Management: None

Role Purpose
To develop, enhance and maintain TFA’s organisation-wide Salesforce solution and to provide end-user support
and training.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential

 Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified


 Two or more years of experience in the administration of Salesforce systems, demonstrating a strong
understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
 Data Management experience
 Ability to deliver Salesforce training and provide end-user support

Desirable

 Experience with Salesforce Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP)


 Experience implementing and maintaining various third-party applications
 Experience providing general IT and Business Systems support
 Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications

Key Accountabilities

 Provide end-user support for the Salesforce Non-profit Success Pack environment (Lightning
Experience) with 80+ internal users and 500 external customer portal users.
 Complete intermediate to advanced Salesforce administrative activities including; user account
maintenance, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, layouts, apps, custom fields & objects,
formula fields, email templates, data security settings and data backups.
 Maintain and develop range of process automation through the use of workflow rules, process builder
and flows.

 Install and maintain third-party integrated apps and tools (including MailChimp, Box.com, Conga, Form
Assembly, Rollup Helper)
 Import, clean and de-dupe data with the use of tools such as Excel, Salesforce DataLoader and
Salesforce Data Import Wizard.
 Design and execute data quality checks to ensure that data is proactively kept accurate and clean.
 Create and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards and list views as required by the organisation.
 Regularly conduct internal audit of Salesforce (system health, optimisation, integrations and data
quality).
 Pro-actively identify areas for improvement, assessing alternative solutions and recommending new
approaches, seeking to exploit Salesforce to its maximum capabilities.
 Working alongside the IT & Business Systems Manager to scope, prioritise and deliver Salesforce
features, processes and projects.
 Testing of new functionality and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the overall
efficiency, functionality and user friendliness of solutions.
 Complete release management steps, including working with sandboxes and compiling, validating and
deploying change sets.
 Create and maintain related documentation and training guides.
 Deliver and design end-user training and demonstrations of new features and processes.
 Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases and features.
