Dear Ma’am:

I am writing this engagement letter in response to the services you sought from us with respect to
your corporation’s BIR And SEC Compliance needs. Stated herein are the inclusions of the said
services along with the corresponding fee:

SERVICES FEE FREQUENCY OF PAYMENT

1702Q Quarterly BIR Php 1500 Quarterly
Compliance and SAWT
Annual Audited FS to be Minimum Php 15,000 + may Annual
submitted to SEC and BIR vary depending on the income
GIS preparation and Php 4,000 Annual
submission to SEC

This billing includes all out-of pocket expenses such as but not limited to, notarial, transportation,
communication, supplies, gasoline, per diem if there is or are any. We are also willing to cater
consultations incidental to this engagement. Be it noted that all penalties, legal, compliance and
filing fees if there is or are any shall be shouldered by the client.

I am also expecting full cooperation should there be anything that will be required from you for
purposes of expediting the entire process.

This proposal will be binding only once concurred to by the herein client. Please feel free to raise any
concern should you find anything in the course of your letter perusal. You can select to engage us and
be of help to all services that were listed, but we are also giving you a leeway to only select a few.

I also would like to take this opportunity to thank you for allowing me to make known to you the
services I can possibly offer.

We will send you a lists of the needed papers, documents and effects once you have conformed to
this engagement.
