Dear Ma’am:

I am writing this engagement letter in response to the services you sought from me with respect
toRegistration of your business and the subsequent BIR Filing and Compliance. Stated herein are the
inclusions of the said services along with the corresponding fee:

SERVICES FEE Frequency of Payment

BIR Registration (RDO Php 5,000 One Time Payment
Tacloban)
Monthly and Quarterly Filing Php 5,000 Monthly
for Withhodling, VAT and
Income Tax Compliance
Audited Financial Statement Minimum of Php 10,000 (May Annual
(Making and Signing) vary depending on the
Revenue and Net Income)

This billing includes all out-of pocket expenses such as but not limited to, transportation,
communication, supplies, per diem. Be it noted that any penalty, legal and filing fees if there is or
are any shall be shouldered by the client.

As a mobilization fee, I am requiring you to pay 50% of the entire cost. Final billing shall be sent upon
completion of the engagement on or before December 31, 2023.

I am also expecting full cooperation should there be anything that will be required from you for
purposes of expediting the entire process.

This proposal will be binding only once concurred to by the herein client. Please feel free to raise any
concern should you find anything in the course of your letter perusal.

I also would like to take this opportunity to thank you for allowing me to make known to you the
services I can possibly offer.

We will send you a lists of the needed papers, documents and effects once you have conformed to
this engagement.
