TERMINAL BUILDING

The Terminal Building Design include the followings spaces

 WAITING AREA
 TICKETING
 LUGGAGE
 EATRY (This consists of 80 seating capacity of eating area within the eatery space.)
 MALL
 TOILET(8 toilet cubicle at the ground floor and 6 at the suspended floor for public usage
with 12 urinals facilities)
 OFFICE
 CINEMA
 DRIVER LODGE

MOTELS

This consists of 25rooms all in suite with a large kitchen space. The motel covered 1500sqmt
of the site area with its parking facilities. This is specially designed to accommodate travellers
and serves as other relaxation purposes with good hospitality.

It is easily accessible close from the main entrance gate, and the movement of buses and
vehicles within the bus terminal isn’t beyond the parking lots and access road as shown in the
layout design. Fabricated steel barricade is used to restrict movement of buses turning within
the terminal parking lots

THE PARKING LOTS

All these spaces as indicated in the architectural design shall be carry out ranging from the
following

Construction of packing lots includes:

 Concrete flooring
 Floor marking
 Drainage system
 General landscaping
 Fence peripheral lightings

SHOPS
80 numbers of shops design in the terminal because people coming into the bus terminal
could easily access urgent goods and services without moving far away from their buses.
