EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
• Sate Padang Gadih Minang is a culinary business native to West Sumatra which is located in
Cikutra Bandung. With the form of a food stall business and initial capital of IDR 50,000,000,
this business has a vision of becoming the most favorite Padang satay shop in Bandung which
is famous for its deliciousness and unique taste. The mission of Sate Padang gadih Minang is
to present Padang satay with authentic taste, quality ingredients and friendly service.
• The main products offered are various variants of Padang satay such as beef satay, beef
tongue, chicken and intestines, as well as additional items such as lontong and traditional
drinks. The target market includes people aged 15-60 years, office workers and families, with a
segmentation of the middle to upper middle class and traditional culinary lovers.
