ACTIVITY #01: Self-Evaluation

Answer the following questions

1. How often do you exercise?


About 30-40 minutes per day including the warm-up.

2. What is your goal in doing an exercise?


The goal is to focus on my physique to have a body curve
and do some physical task easily.

3. Is there any improvement?


For the expectations meant the reality I think. My
threshold endurance is now longer compare before.

4. Would like to engage yourself into a fitness program?


Why or Why Not?
Yes I would like. Because being fitness is a good program
to engage in able to be more productive and healthy living
lifestyle.

ACTIVITY #02: SELF-ASSESSMENT

Answer the following questions based on what you’ve


learned from the discussion.

1. What is fitness?
For me it’s simple. The condition of being physically fit and
healthy.
2. What is the importance of fitness?
Being fitness reducing the risk of diseases and improving
the lack of strength on our body.

3. Why medical clearance is a must before engaging


into different physical activities?
Medical clearance is way to determine whether that person
is capable or not to do the task especially in physical
activities.

4. What is your fitness goal?


As I said earlier, my fitness goal is to enhance my
threshold endurance and build some body muscle at
least.
