HAND GESTURE RECOGNITION | COMPUTER VISION | GROUP PROJECT – 4 | REPORT
• Developed a Program that converts Hand Gestures to text.

• It uses (ASL) as a data set and for better detection we used Bilateral Filter and OTSU Threshing.

• Uses a face-recognition library and LOG as a filter (Laplacian of Gaussian).
