Good day!

I am writing this letter to formally seek your good office a permission regarding my intention to transfer my
place of assignment from NORTH FAIRVIEW HIGH SCHOOL to WEST FAIRVIEW HIGH SCHOOL.
This request has reference to the following circumstance: As per Deped Order No. 22, s 2013, THE REVISED
GUIDELINES ON THE TRANSFER OF TEACHERS FROM ONE STATION TO ANOTHER states
that the teacher joining his/her husband/wife in the same school (RA No. 4670) is one of the following
situations that should be given priority when teachers are seeking transfer to another station which is in need of
additional teachers.

This request has reference also that my wife is also a teacher in the said school where I request to transfer. It
came to my knowledge that the FILIPINO DEPARTMENT from the requested place of assignment (WEST
FAIRVIEW HIGH SCHOOL) is in need of additional Filipino teacher in their department thus making me
stirred to grab the chance/opportunity and write this request letter. I also wish to align what subject I majored in
because here in school, I am teaching ESP instead of Filipino. The approval hereof may increase significantly
my efficacy as a teacher, as well as my work productivity and punctuality.

I’m hoping that this request merit your kind consideration and approval.
