No objection Certificate (planning Permission) is hereby granted under section

13 of the Tamil Nadu Fire Service Act,1985 for to construct a mixed occupancios
of assembly and mercantile Building in the Name of M/s: VALLALAR INTERNAT[oNAL
CENTRE, S.No.257/1A, 79/2, 82/2, Parvathipuram Village, Kurinjlpadi Taluk, Cuddalore
District. The above premises inspected by P.Vijayakumar, Assistant District Officer,
Cuddalore, on 17/05/2024.

The Proposal for construction of mjxod occupancies of assembly and

mercantile Building consists of a Ground+1 floors with a maximum Height of 12.30
metros, The total plot area is Site-A 71,24 Acres and Site 812.74 Acres and the
proposed total floor area is 16201.00 Sq.in The proposed building has a side set
back of 6 mts all around the buildings. The proposed building is classified as Group
D- assembly Buildings, Sub-dMslon D-3. As per Natlonal Building Code of India
2016, part lv Fire and Life safety SP-7(Group-1) 2016, Third Revision.

 The following fire and life sfety measures shall be provided in the propsed
building before the actual occupation as listed below:

1. This applicant will also get permission / No objection certificate from other
Departments, if necessary.
2. The first aid firefiBhting extinguishers shall be provided, As per IS:2190 BIS
n orms Two numbers of ABC-5 Kg-4Nos per
200 Sq.in should be provided, if usage of LPG Cylinders within the
premises to be provided 50 liters water expelling Co2 Extinguishers
/ ABC 25kg 1 no per 100 Sq.in should be provided.
3. One wet-riser Gum down comer shall be provided for every 1000 sq.in area
covering all floor area with landing valves along with delivery hoses. The riser
shall be fully charged with adequate pressure at all times and shall have both
automatic and manual operation. To charge the wet-riser system, wlth two
electrical pumps of capacity 2280 LPM and an equal capacity of diesel pump
as an altemative arrangement and two electrical pump of capacity of 180 LPM
as a jockey pump. Underground static water tank of minimum capacity 100000
liters shall be provided with refilling facilities. A terrace level tank of capacity
20000 liters also shall be provided. Pumps shall have the capacity of
developing pressure of 3.5 kg/cm2 at remotest location.
4. Hose reel assembly shall be provided per 1000 sq.mts covering each floor
area. a
5. Automatic detection and fire alarm system shall be provided for whole building.
6. Manually operated Electronic Fire Alarm call points shall be provided in each floor
near exits.
7, Exits, signage shall be provided with alternative source Of power supply or battery
back-up with "GLOW" TYPE.

During construction of the building the following fire protection measures

should be provided in good working condition.

Drums filled with water of 2000 liters capacity with two fire buckets on
each floor.
A water storage tank of minimum 20000 liters capacity, which may be
used for other construction purposes also.
