COVE DR, ORLANDO, FL 32824, make this affidavit under oath and penalty of perjury, in accordance with
the laws of the United States, for the purpose of expressing my personal knowledge of JUAN MANUEL
ESCALANTE ARRIAS and ANA MARIA FERNANDEZ CORREA, both of Venezuelan nationality, identified
with Venezuelan identity cards Nº V-19.460.369 and V-25.820.204 and currently residing. The former at
1048 NE 17th Ave Cape Coral, Florida, 33909, United States of America, and the latter in Soledad -
Atlántico, Carrera 13 #66-57 Barrio El Manantial, Republic of Colombia, respectively.

I declare that I have known JUAN MANUEL ESCALANTE ARRIAS since his birth, as he is my
grandson, and ANA MARÍA FERNÁNDEZ CORREA since she started as a partner and later became the wife
of my grandson, from the year 2015. With both, for obvious reasons, I have maintained a close and
continuous relationship. Additionally, I provided them with support by sharing my residence until their
departure to Colombia in the year 2017. I shared personal and family experiences with them, including
specific details of their lives, including their educational and employment history, and any other relevant
information.

I am making this statement in support of ANA MARIA FERNANDEZ CORREA's application for a
fiancée visa with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). I attest that ANA MARIA
FERNANDEZ CORREA is a person of good moral character and, to the best of my knowledge, meets the
requirements set by the laws of the United States.

I sign this affidavit voluntarily and with full knowledge of its importance in the immigration
process for ANA MARIA FERNANDEZ CORREA.
