We are happy to acknowledge your kind co-operation & support to this University in previous semester. As you
know, the current semester is over and registration for next semester (2024-2025) will start from July 2024, the
fees for next semester is due against the name of your son/daughter/ward. Therefore, you are requested to deposit
the institutional fees, registration fees , Hostel fees (only for hostel boarders) and outstanding fees if any on or
before 11th July , 2024.

Fees to be Deposited : (Including outstanding fees) Respective Semester Institutional , Hostel, Mess & Registration Fees.

i. Institutional Fee (5th Semester) : Rs. 1,18,858 /-

ii. Hostel Fees (5th Semester) : Rs. 28,000 /-
iii. Mess Fees (5th Semester) : Rs. 22,500 /-
iv. Registration Fees (5th Semester) : Rs. 1,000 /-

MODE OF PAYMENT:

1) The aforementioned fees can be paid "online" through KIIT SAP Portal.
Process:- KIIT SAP Portal > Student Self Service > Fee Details > View Outstanding Details > Payment
Gateway (No Convenience Charges HDFC CCAvenue). You can choose from various modes like Debit
Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI (BHIM Pay, Phone Pe, Google Pay, Paytm etc) & get your money
receipt instantly.

2) The aforementioned fees can be paid "online" through KIIT website (www.kiit.ac.in).
Process:- www.kiit.ac.in > Fee Payment > Submit your Roll Number > Confirm your Name & pay
accordingly through Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI (BHIM Pay, PhonePe, Google Pay,
Paytm etc) and download money receipt instantly from SAP Portal.

3) The aforementioned fees can be paid through RTGS/NEFT/Funds Transfer as per following details.
Do not Deposit Cash / Cheque directly into our Bank Account / Account Section.

Note:- After payment of Fees, fill up RTGS Submit Application under Student Self services on SAP
Portal & download the Money Receipt from the portal within 3 working days.

If the Outstanding dues under 'Fee Details' are not cleared automatically within 3 working days, then re-
submit again correctly or e-mail us the payment details at admission.electronics@kiit.ac.in .

4) You can also pay your fees through Demand Draft favoring "KIIT" payable at Bhubaneswar. Please
deposit the demand draft at Account Section of the respective schools or at Koel Campus (Campus -1). If
you are sending it by post, clearly mention Student's name, Roll no & branch/course at back side of the DD
and send it to "Director, Admissions, KIIT, Deemed to be University, Koel Campus(Campus-1), Patia,
Bhubaneswar-751024".

Fees may kindly be paid in time to avoid any type of inconvenience at the time of registration.
Kindly ignore if the mentioned total fees is already paid.
