Subject : AUDIT OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS 2013

Dear Sir/Madame:

In connection with your expressed interest to engage our services as your Company’s External Auditor, we are
pleased to submit herewith our proposal for your consideration. We propose to render the following duties and
responsibilities:

To audit the company’s statement of financial position at December 31, 2013, and the related statements
of income, retained earnings, and cash flows for the year then ended, for the purpose of expressing an opinion on
them. My audit will be made in accordance with Philippine Standards on Auditing. Those standards require that I
comply with ethical requirements and plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance whether the
financial statements are free from material misstatements.

Our fee for these services, net of withholding taxes, are the following:
MINIMUM/MAXIMUM
SINGLE PROPRIETORSHIP/NON STOCK NON PROFIT P 5,000 to P 10,000
CORPORATION/ PARTNERSHIP 10,000 to 30,000

Other services not included in the foregoing are deemed excluded. Hence, any other services not related thereto
may be performed by us upon prior consultation and mutual consent, subject however, to the reasonableness of the request
and the issues involved.

To trace responsibility and avoid confusion, we will deal directly only with you or any other officer authorized by
the corporation.

If you are amenable to this agreement, kindly indicate your conformity by having your signature in the space
provided hereunder. We are looking forward to a congenial business relationship with your company and is deeply
