Greetings!
The Tarlac State University–Junior Philippine Institute of
Accountants (TSU-JPIA) is a student organization under the College
of Business and Accountancy. TSU-JPIA aims to promote strong
organization that embodies the ideals and aspiration of its members
with the aim of promoting academic excellence, social responsibility,
and moral development.
As stipulated in the Article IV, Section 1 of Constitution and
By-Laws of TSU-JPIA, the organization aims to establish unity and
harmonious relationship among accountancy students, not only within
Tarlac State University but also among with other schools and other
affiliations. Furthermore, Article IV, Section 5 states that TSU-JPIA
aims to acquaint the members with the practical environment and
activities of the accountancy profession and to promote and uphold
moral values beneficial to the interest of the accounting profession and
its members.
In connection therewith, the National Federation of Junior
Philippine Institute of Accountants – Region 3 (NFJPIA-R3) will
conduct its first major academic event entitled The CIRQUE Chapter
4: Captains of Integral Realization, Quintessence of Utmost
Excellence with a theme “The Divulgence of the Wicked: Academic
Cup Series.”. This event includes the Academic Cup Series which will
take place on October 29, 2022 (Saturday) from 8:00 AM to 5:00
PM at National University – Baliuag. The said event is designed to
prepare and motivate the R3-JPIAns for the greatest battle in the real
world that is ahead of them.
 In line with this, the Tarlac State University – Junior Philippine
Institute of Accountants (TSU-JPIA) would like to humbly request
your office to provide us our mode of transportation for the event, and
a driver to head the vehicle for the safety of our participants in the said
event.
The approval of our request would mean a lot to the partakers
of The CIRQUE and will surely contribute to making the JPIAns fully
equipped, and ready for the real world.
With respect on the terms and conditions of Student
Organization Unit to conduct this off-campus activity, rest assured that
all of the participants involved will act in accordance with health
protocols.
