ORDER :-
In the reference 1st cited, the DR/Officer-On-Spl-Duty, KDCC Bank Ltd., Karimnagar has
appointed me as Sale Officer U/s 70 of the APCS Act. VII of 1964 for recovery of the Decretal
amount of the Judgment Debtor as per the procedure laid down under rule 52 of the APCS rules
1964. Accordingly the DR/ Officer-On-Spl.-Duty has also issued Form No.6 to the Judgment
debtor vide reference 2nd cited with instructions to pay the sum of amount Rs. 10,71,662/- being
money along with interest and costs within (10) days from the date of service of the notice. The
above notice was served on the Judgment Debtor by the secretary Dev.Executive of the KDCCB
SULTHANABAD. On 11.01.2023 After lapse of ten days the Judgment Debtor has failed to pay
the Decree amount to the Bank.

Therefore, the Form No.8 and 9 as required under Rule 52 has been issued by the
DR/Officer-On-Spl.-Duty, KDCC Bank Ltd., Karimnagar vide reference 3 rd and 4th read above,
while fixing the date of sale on 01.02.2024 at SULTHANABAD 11.00 AM in the premises of
Grama Panchayath/Muncipal Limits of SULTHANABAD the above forms have been served on
the Judgment debtor and copies of the above forms were also marked to the Sub-Registrar of
Assurance, Mandal Revenue Officer, M.P.D.O and Secretary of the Village concerned for
information. The Sale was Postponed to 07.02.2024 at 3.00 P.M due to Nonparticipation of
bidders In the Open auction.
Accordingly on 07.02.2024 land sale conducted by me but on the following reasons the
above proposed land is set-off in favour of the KDCCB Ltd.,.SULTHANABAD For Recovery of
entire loan amount as per the demand of the Bank/Society to a tune of Rs10,71,662/ (Rupees
TEN LAKH SEVENTY ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND SIXTY TWO ONLY).
Accordingly the land in Sy.No 340/A to a extent of 1.14 acres was Set –Off in Favour of
KDCCB Sultanabad Mdl: SULTHANABAD Dist: PEDDAPALLI
1. Since no bidders have come forward to participate in the open auction.
2. The society has also agreed to take the above land to the Bank as per rules.

Panchayat ______________________ the above forms have been served on the judgment debtor
and copies of the above forms were also marked to the Sub-Registrar of Assurance, Mandal
Revenue Officer, M.P.D.O and Secretary of the Village concerned for information.
Accordingly on ___________ land sale conducted by me and the following lands with

others participated in the open auction.
