This is to confirm that Mazikana Vanissa was a bona fide registered student at Midlands State
University for the BSc Local Governance Studies Honours Degree from August 2019 to
December 2023. I further confirm that Mazikana Vanissa successfully completed the above
mentioned programme of study on a full- time basis and graduated

The degree was solely taught in English Language. English is the official language in
Zimbabwe and it is the language of instruction in all schools from primary to tertiary
education.
