Paragraph 1:
- Who did you study? number of respondents/subjects, nationality
- Location of the study - Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (not Viet Nam)
- Date of the survey
The research was conducted with 58 Vietnamese students from the 12th until the 16th of
December 2023 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- How were subjects selected? Randomly?
The subjects were selected randomly among the acquaintances of the researchers.
- Demographics of the subjects - age and gender
58% of the subjects were male and 42% of the subjects were female. The majority of the
respondents were between the ages of 18 and 23.

Paragraph 2:
- Location/time/situation of survey
- Questionnaire/ number of items
The instrument used for the research was a questionnaire designed in Google Form and the
research was conducted online. The questionnaire consisted of 15 multiple choice
questions.
- Groups/categories of items in the questionnaire
The first two questions elicited the demographic information of the respondents.
*Use 3 or 4 categories for the other questions.
E.g.: Questions 4-7 asked about the eating habits of the subjects and questions 8,9 and 12
asked about their opinion on the importance of clean eating.
NOTE: do not list each question separately in the Methodology section, but they should be
included in a category.

Paragraph 3:
- How was this questionnaire distributed/administered?
A link to the questionnaire in Google Form was sent to the subjects. Each subject took
around 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire. The researchers were available for queries.
- Who/how collected?
- How collated? (added up/calculated)
Google Form collected the responses and collated the data.
- How was data analysed? graphs/charts/tables
- What analyses were performed on the data? (%)
The data was converted into percentages and presented in graphs/charts/diagrams for
analysis.
