Mooting
North South University Law & Mooting Society Participated in Asia Cup, 2023 a team
Consisting of Rashikur Rahman, Sayere Nazabi Sayem and Sadman Yeasar Alam. Another team
consisting Durjoy Saha, Sadman Yeasar Alam and Md. Fardeen Hassan Anton competed in the
3rd TIB-DUMCS Anti-Corruption Moot Court Competition. A team consisting of Maliha
Mumtaz, Punnota Nancy, Tahsin Khan and Saiful Islam Rakib competed in Bangladesh
International Arbitration Competition, 2023 (BIAC), A team Consisting of Sayere Nazabi Sayem
, Rashikur Rahman and Durjoy Saha Competed in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot
Court Competition 2024. Recently our current flagship team Consisting of Raisa Rehman,
Khandakar Sahafayetul Islam and Bashirul Islam Competed in the 20th KK Luthra Memorial
Moot Court Competition where they went to India and showcased their legal acumen.

Street Law and Community Lawyering Chapter II

Street Law is a community legal education initiative, which aims to provide legal education to a
non-legal audience in order to create awareness about the rights of people, especially the
deprived ones and enhance the community's power. It has been organized not once but twice.
The latest chapter was organized in September, 2023.
Legal Quizathon 1.0
The North South University Law and Mooting Society orchestrated "The Legal Quizathon" on
Friday, March 29th, at the North South University campus. This esteemed event, focusing on the
intricate subject of "Constitutional Law of Bangladesh," attracted the enthusiastic participation of
students with exceptional display of knowledge. Everyone involved, from the participants to the
organizers, walked away with fulfillment. The competition wrapped up on a positive note. It is a
monthly segment that LMS wants to execute.
