At Aiden by Best Western Hennur, Bengaluru, we are committed to providing a

Safety:
 Ensure a safe working environment for all employees by implementing and
maintaining effective health and safety procedures and protocols.
 Provide a safe environment for guests by ensuring that all premises are
maintained in a clean and tidy condition, with adequate lighting and
emergency exits.
 Identify and mitigate potential hazards, such as fire risks, slips, trips, and
falls.
 Provide regular training to employees on fire safety, first aid, and
emergency procedures.
Health:
 Promote a healthy working environment by providing a clean and hygienic
environment, regular breaks, and opportunities for employee wellness
activities.
 Ensure that all food and beverage services meet high standards of quality,
safety, and hygiene.
 Provide access to medical facilities and ensure that employees receive
prompt medical attention in case of an injury or illness.

Environment:
 Reduce our environmental impact by implementing sustainable practices
throughout our operations, including:

this policy is implemented effectively throughout the organization. The
Management will:
 Develop and implement SHEQ policies and procedures
 Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with this
policy
 Provide training to employees on SHEQ procedures
 Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement
corrective actions
 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure SHEQ performance
