The Aiden by Best Western Hennur, Bengaluru, is responsible for ensuring that
this policy is implemented effectively throughout the organization. The
Management will:
Develop and implement SHEQ policies and procedures
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with this
policy
Provide training to employees on SHEQ procedures
Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement
corrective actions
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure SHEQ performance
