air contamination generated during surgery are removed from the site.
An Air Handling Unit is a device used to condition and
circulate air as part of a heating, ventilating and air-
conditioning system. An air handler is usually filters, sound
attenuators and dampers. Air handlers usually connect to
ductworks that distribute the conditioned air through the
building and return it to the AHU.
AHUs are encased assembly consisting of sections
containing a fan or fans and other necessary equipment to
perform air supply, air exhaust, filtration, heat recovery.
Our AHUs are designed for lower foot prints, higher
energy efficiency, modularity and a host of other features
like thermal braking and other custom designed features.

 PLENUM BOX

Laminar airflow means that the flow of air is continuous, steady and unidirectional,
with the entire body of air in the room moving with a low uniform velocity in parallel
planes. Laminar airflow system has provide ultra clean sterile CLASS 100 clean air in an
isolated area where various kinds of critical and highly sensitive process activities are
carried out in as per ISO 14644-1 standards.

HEPA filters separator less mini-pleat HEPA in aluminium extruded frames with wire
mesh protection and made of ultra fine glass fibre media having a retention capacity of 0.3
micron at 99.97% efficiency with initial pressure drop at 12 mm WG.

RETURN AIR RISER

More precisely known as Return Air
Riser, which are used to collect the return

design requirement.
They are constructed in GI/SS or anodized
aluminum and then powder coated for
better aesthetic looksIn-built riser wall
panels are made up of composite
construction of two skin of PPGI or SS 304
over an GI with powder coated frame
work with a sealed and insulated interior
with infill of PUF providing and fixing 100
mm thick return air riser with grill cut out
with edge finish/reinforcement for cut out
of specified size.
MODULAR WALL SS / PPGI PANEL
PUF panels are sandwiched
panels made of polyurethane
which is usually sandwiched
between two metal sheets.
Sandwich puf panels are widely
used in steel structures in the
present day due to their various
advantages. The Self-standing
metal substructure in Vertical
Joints which have the high
antibacterial performance with

The casing of our pass through boxes on
the inside and outside is made of stainless
steels 304 in a ground design.
The door leaves are mounted on the
outside to fit flush with the lock carcase.
Viewing panels that are installed into the door
leaf fitting flush on the both sides and an
electronic & mechanical locking of the doors
provide visible safety.
The locking is realized by door lock seal
using surface holding magnets, switches, a
red/green display and internal wiring with a
voltage of 24 V DC. This also guarantees a
mutual locking of pass through boxes with
swing doors.
The carcase of our pass through box is
welded. The inner corners are designed with a
wide radius to provide a comfortable and
efficient cleansing.
