Clear, odorless and colorless, LNG is typically 85-95% methane, which contains less carbon than other
forms of fossil fuels. It also contains tiny amounts of ethane, propane, butane and nitrogen; the exact
composition varying depending on its source and processing.

Although the use of LNG has been instrumental in lowered emissions and improved air quality, natural gas
does have an environmental footprint, including methane emissions and carbon emissions.

The power plants take natural gas from natural gas pipelines, liquefy it in small-scale liquefaction facilities,
and store it in cryogenic tanks. The LNG is regasified and burned by the power plants when needed. Some
ships, trucks, and buses have specially designed LNG tanks to use LNG as fuel.

Global LNG outlook for 2023 can remain strong but LNG demand growth will eventually decline, but not
until 2030 – when Europe's decarbonation and energy security policies take effect. It's not a good sign for
the global LNG industry.

Procedure for Price Inquiry and Purchase Request for Acquisition

Mirai Global Corporation is pleased to facilitate the mediation of any petroleum product (Crude
Oil, Refined Petroleum, Petroleum Derivatives, and Liquid Natural Gas) where our mission is to
evaluate the final buyer or reseller interested in purchasing these products. We connect the buyer
with one of the top five largest petroleum groups globally, ensuring a reliable and seamless
negotiation process. All petroleum products are exclusively served CIF (Cost, Insurance, and
Freight) ASWP (Any Safe World Port). We do not accept SPOT transactions, and the petroleum
group does not work on FOB terms.

🟫 General procedures of the basic products for the contract (CIF)

Buyer Evaluation Procedure:

1. Mirai Global Corporation, through any of its entities, assesses the buyer, who must submit the
following documents collectively:

1⃣ Memorandum of Understanding (MoU): Signed by the buyer and recognized intermediaries.

2⃣ Bancarized Letter of Intent (LOI): Specify monthly quantity, target price, and a minimum 12-
month contract.
3⃣ Company Profile/Know Your Customer (KyC): Include company details and a copy of the
Legal Representative's passport.
4⃣ Tank Storage Agreement (TSA): Demonstrate storage capacity for the intended fuel purchase.
5⃣ Bank Comfort Letter (BCL): Buyer's bank issues a BCL with sufficient funds for two
shipments.

2. All requested documents must be submitted in the English language.

3. The BCL cannot have a date earlier than 15 days from the date of sending the rest of the
documentation.

4. The documents mentioned in point 1 of the procedure must be sent to the email address
sales@miraiglobalcorp.com.

5. Mirai Global Corp, after reviewing the documentation, accepts it or informs the client of any
deficiencies detected.

6. If deficiencies are notified to the buyer, they must be rectified, and the indicated documents re-
submitted.

7. Once all documents are verified, Mirai Global Corporation, along with a preliminary research
report, submits them to the Petroleum Group.

8. Upon receiving the documents from Mirai Global Corporation, the Petroleum Group conducts
its due diligence on the buyer.

9. After completing due diligence, the Petroleum Group communicates to Mirai Global
Corporation the buyer's eligibility or non-eligibility.

10. If the buyer is eligible or not eligible according to the Petroleum Group, Mirai Global
Corporation informs the buyer.

11. If the result of the due diligence is "BUYER ELIGIBLE," Mirai Global Corporation informs the
client of the date and time when the Petroleum Group will contact the final buyer to initiate
negotiations for the Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) and other additional documents exchanged
confidentially between the Petroleum Group (Final Seller) and Final Buyer.

12. Mirai Global Corporation accompanies the entire process to keep the buyer informed.

Mirai Global Corporation, in relation to the described procedure, wants to make the following
clarifications for better understanding:

1. A Petroleum Group is not a reseller, so it only provides prices once the buyer is evaluated, and

only if the evaluation results in the buyer being eligible.

2. The Petroleum Group lacks storage, so the product begins refining for the buyer once the
Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) has been signed, and the guarantees specified between the
Final Buyer and the Petroleum Group have been presented.

3. Minimum quantities established for service are:

a. Crude Oil: 100,000 MT per month with a minimum 12-month contract and a maximum of 60
months.
b. Refined Products:
- Jet A1 Aviation Fuel: Minimum of 1,000,000 BBLs per month with a minimum 12-month
contract and a maximum of 60 months.
- Other Fuels: Minimum of 100,000 MT per month with a minimum 12-month contract and a
maximum of 60 months.
- Liquid Natural Gas (LNG): Minimum of 100,000 MT per month with a minimum 12-month
contract and a maximum of 120 months.
- Petroleum Derivatives (Fertilizers, PetCoke, etc.): Minimum of 100,000 MT per month with a
minimum 12-month contract and a maximum of 60 months.

be conducted in collaboration with a law firm composed of 7 lawyers specializing in international
contracts and fuels (and their derivatives). It is crucial for the "Final Buyer" to be aware, before
initiating purchase negotiations, of the following:

- The "Final Buyer" is not obligated to make any upfront payments for the product, fees, taxes,
freight, travel, meetings, or any other reason, except as specified by the "Final Seller" in the sales
procedures.

- The "Final Buyer" will ONLY PAY when the product has arrived at the verified destination port by
SGS, Intertek, and/or CIQ.

- Both crude oil and fuels, along with their derivatives, are always sold under Incoterm 2020 CIF to
any safe port in the world.

Note: We do not make FOB deliveries in Houston or Rotterdam. We do not engage in SPOT
transactions, and all contracts must have a minimum duration of 12 months.

It is emphasized that the purchase process is non-negotiable and cannot be circumvented. In all
cases, for any product requested by a "Final Buyer," the required documents include a properly
signed Memorandum of Understanding, a letter of intent, a company profile (and/or KYC), a TSA
(or CPA), and a BCL.

It is essential for the "Final Buyer" to be well-informed about these key aspects of the purchase
process to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the transaction.
