Minutes of the Session

A. Call to Order:

The Regular Session was called to order by the Hon. Charles D. Tejoso, Punong Barangay at 11:00 o ’clock in the morning who
continued to preside over the session.

B. Roll Call:

The Presiding Officer asked the Barangay Secretary to call the roll. Thereafter, a quorum was declared to be present.

C. Calendar of Business:

a) The Committee On Appropriations Chairman Honorable Kagawad Kristian C. Liporada, informed the council the release
of honoraria of Barangay Council on March 15, 2024 at 03:00PM and to be followed by the release of Salaries of
Barangay Employees on March 27, 2024 at 03:00PM followed by their accomplishment reports and daily time records as
mandatory requirement. In addition, the release of funds for the payment of electric, water, fuel and internet expenses to
be carried out by the Barangay Treasurer and Staffs. Lastly, he also mentioned the release of cash gift and PEI otherwise
known as the Productivity Enhancement Incentives for the Fiscal Year 2024.

b) Mr. Marc Ariadne Tabalba, informed the Presiding Officer that the monthly submission of Road Clearing Reports shall be
Submitted to the D.I.L.G. and T.P.M.O. on or before 2 nd day of the Month and followed by the First Time Job Seeker’s
master List to be submitted to P.E.S.O. on or Before 2 nd day of the Month along with the Weekly Clean up Drive
submission every Monday of the week to be submitted to the D.I.L.G. and C.E.N.R.O. And lastly the L.T.I.A. Report
prepared by the lupon chairman quarterly/monthly shall be submitted to the D.I.L.G. and other concerned Government
Agencie(s).

F.2 - Business for the day;

Item I:

Customization of Council Uniforms (Sizes) shall be ordered and conducted on Marhc 7, 2024 upon inquiry from the tailor. And
logos can be readily available once the polo and polo barong have been delivered.

Item II:

BNEO preparation for whole day session I seminar at the Pinaglabanan Elementary School for all Twenty-One (21) Barangays
within San Juan City.

Item III:

Removal of Dangling Wires within the territorial jurisdiction of Barangay Salapan. The presiding officer have instructed the
Secretary to coordinate with the Internet and T.V. Cable providers with regards to this concern.

The Majority are informed and acknowledged the item(s) above.

The Deliberation:

None.

F.3 - Unassigned Business:

None.

D. Other Matters;

Item I: A.T. Fire Tanker

The newly donated Fire Tanker shall enter service and join the fire prevention efforts.

Item II: SALN Submission

The submission of SALN shall be conducted immediately upon the issuance of memorandum by the City H.R. as strict comliance
for all government officials in all levels.

Adjournment;

There being no other matter to be discussed, the Barangay Chairman adjourned the Session at exactly 11:00 o’clock morning.
